2020 marked the 60th year of collaboration between Peter Boos and Ken Carter (pictured below), working together to improve the lives of the deaf in Barbados and England.
Peter & Ken have been responsible for setting up through Decibels, Audiovisability, Specialkidz International & the Barbados Council for the Disabled a unique project entitled “CALYPSO” combining deaf and hearing musicians, writers and artists from the UK, USA & BARBADOS. It is now planned for the Barbados & UK Calypso Projects to go ahead in 2022.
